So, basically I learnt from my mother, then went to 3 different culinary schools, Lazeeza in Kano, Auguste Escoffier online and Red dish chronicle in Abuja
I worked for Chef Stone for about 9months then I left, While working there I helped him write his book ‘101 with chef stone’.
In 2016, I started giving cooking lessons, the demand got really high then I decided to start a blog and share my recipes for free. I have been blogging for 3years now and sometimes I make pastries/desserts for sale. More like a pop up sale
At the moment I still teach people online and offline, I also give food photography lessons. I teach in my studio which is also in my house
I also give consultations to restaurants on how to improve their menu and services. So far I have worked with about 12 restaurants in Abuja.
