Easy Pancake Recipe

A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. Pancakes are usually served at breakfast, topped with real or artificial maple syrup, honey and butter.
Pancakes can be served at any time of the day. You can eat it for breakfast, teatime, snacks, dinner and dessert and it’s eaten with a variety of toppings or sometimes even fillings, but they have developed associations with particular times and toppings in different regions. In some parts of the world, they are typically considered breakfast food.
I would like to share with you my favourite pancake recipes which I can’t go a week without making.
Pancake recipe
1cup flour
3tablespoon sugar 3tablespoon oil 1teaspoon baking powder 1egg
1cup of milk 1tspn flavour
First, you mix your dry ingredients, add the sugar and baking powder into the flour, and then add the egg, oil, milk and flavouring. Mix well and evenly. Then you fry it in a non-stick pan.
You can enjoy it with syrup or honey, I enjoy mine with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
