Anyone can make an introduction. We verify first — filings, facilities, references and trading history — and then tell you exactly what we confirmed and what we could not.
The person introducing you usually has an interest in the introduction working.
Most brokers in this market are paid on completion. That is a structural reason to present a counterparty favourably, and it is why so many foreign firms discover the problems after the first payment rather than before it. We charge a fee for the verification whether or not you proceed.
Operators, not intermediaries
Distributors, manufacturers, processors, logistics operators, commodity suppliers and joint-venture partners — principals with their own assets, not layers of agents between you and the business.
Counterparties we would not touch
If verification turns up ownership we cannot trace, facilities that do not exist, or references that contradict each other, we tell you and we do not make the introduction. That happens more often than the market admits.

- Legal standing
- CAC registration, directors and beneficial ownership, annual filings, and whether the entity you are dealing with is the entity that owns the assets.
- Physical reality
- Someone from our team goes to the facility. Photographs, dated, with the address confirmed. Capacity assessed against what has been claimed.
- Trading history
- Reference calls with counterparties who have actually transacted with them — buyers, suppliers, banks where accessible.
- Regulatory record
- Sector licences, tax standing, and any enforcement or litigation history discoverable through public and professional channels.
- Capacity to deliver
- Whether they can service your volume at your quality, or whether they will be subcontracting it to someone you have never assessed.
