Exercise helps improve posture, and certain types are extra helpful. They include yoga and tai chi; they focus on body awareness. Exercises that strengthen the muscles around your back, pelvis and abdomen also help.
Keep Work Surfaces At A Comfortable Height
Make sure whatever you are sitting in front of is at a comfortable height that doesnʼt cause you to hunch over. And make sure your feet can touch the floor.
Walk With Your Head Up Try not to look down when walking. Stand straight, keep your shoulders back and let your arms hang down at your sides.
